“I founded Balance Counseling as a means to help people resolve problems they may be experiencing.  I specialize in addiction and tend to use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing) while working with patients.  I think it’s valuable to meet people where they are, and I also employ strength-based, evidence-based eclectic approaches to guide people in arriving at their own solutions.”
